Guy Does Gymnastics While Working Out At Gym

This guy amazingly combined gymnastics with his work out schedule. He did backflips while holding dumbbells, followed by a pushup. He lifted weights on a barbell while jumping and did monkey bar situps while holding a weight plate. The guy ran fast on a treadmill and also did pushups in a handstand position.
