Western Cape focusing on jobs and transport

Job creation and fixing transport infrastructure are among the main concerns for the Western Cape government. It says around 160,000 jobs have been lost during the lockdown. And as more people return to work on alert level 1, an increase in traffic congestion is expected. But there is still the challenge of the dysfunctional Central railway line.
