Homemade Desi Ghee Recipe

Today I am sharing, how to make ghee/ clarified butter at home without using any machine.
It's is a very easy and no mess simple way to prepare ghee at home. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients

Malai/ Milk cream - 1 kg
Chilled water - 2 cups
Cloves - 3
