Baby Tinda gravy
Tinda is a popular vegetable in India and other
parts of South Asia. Also known as 'Indian squash',
'round melon' or 'apple gourd', Tinda is cooked into
a delicious Indian curry, full of spicy and aromatic
flavours. Tindsi in Rajasthan, or dhemese in
Marathi, this vegetable has different names and
variations in different regions and is a great lunch
option in Indian homes. You can serve it with roti or
paratha.
