The mother of an abducted baby is looking forward to re-bonding with her daughter. Baby Nomvula was snatched by a South African woman in Lesotho when she was only two-months-old. After a painstaking process, the now 10-month-old has been repatriated to Maseru. South Africa and Lesotho say they want to work together to protect the most vulnerable in our society.
