దేశంలో కరోనా మహమ్మారి వ్యాప్తి ఇంకా కొనసాగుతున్నది. కేంద్ర ఆరోగ్య శాఖ మంగళవారం తెలిపిన వివరాల ప్రకారం గడిచిన 24 గంటల్లో కొత్తగా 60,975 కేసులు, 848 మరణాలు నమోదయ్యాయి. దీంతో మొత్తం ఇన్ఫెక్షన్ల సంఖ్య 31.72లక్షలకు, మరణాల సంఖ్య 58,562కు పెరిగింది. రికవరీలు, మరణాల సంఖ్య పరంగా భారత్ మెరుగైన స్థితిలో ఉన్నప్పటికీ.. స్కూళ్లు, కాలేజీలను మాత్రం ఇప్పుడప్పుడే తెరవబోమని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టం చేసింది.
