The government is looking to cut its stake in the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) via offer for sale, CNBC-Awaaz reported. The Department of Disinvestment has invited bids for the appointment of merchant bankers and selling brokers.
मोदी सरकार IRCTC में अपनी हिस्सेदारी बेचने जा रही है. बिजनस न्यूज चैनल CNBC आवाज ने सूत्रों के हवाले से बताया है कि IRCTC में OFS के जरिए हिस्सा बेचा जाएगा. इसके लिए विनिवेश विभाग ने मर्चेंट बैंकर्स की नियुक्ति के लिए बोलियां मंगाई है. इसको लेकर प्री-बिड मीटिंग 3 सितंबर को होगी. सरकार की IRCTC में 80 फीसदी से ज्यादा हिस्सेदारी है.
