The Sutlej-Yamuna link canal issue seems to be heating up once again. Punjab's current CM Amarinder Singh, who resigned from the Lok Sabha seat of Amritsar at one time in the name of the Sutlej-Yamuna link agreement, has warned the central government in strong words. सतलुज-यमुना लिंक कैनाल का मुद्दा एक बार फिर से गर्माता दिख रहा है. सतलुज-यमुना लिंक समझौते के नाम पर एक समय अमृतसर की लोकसभा सीट से इस्तीफा देने वाले पंजाब के वर्तमान सीएम अमरिंदर सिंह ने केंद्र सरकार को कड़े शब्दों में चेतावनी दी है। पंजाब सरकार की ओर से बैठक में शामिल हुए कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा कि अगर सतलुज यमुना लिंक कैनाल का काम पूरा होता है तो पंजाब जल उठेगा और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के लिए बड़ा खतरा है. सामने बड़ा सवाल खड़ा हो जाएगा।
