After a downpour in the national capital on Wednesday, the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway became severely waterlogged. Traffic was thrown totally out of gear. Traffic police personnel were seen regulating movement submerged up to their knees in water. Delhi will likely receive rains till August 25th.
