Hamid Apdal, the youngest brother of Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal, was freed from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s custody on Thursday. He was released on a RM50,00 bail with RM25,000 deposited with two local sureties. Hamid’s son-in-law Manzur Hussein Awal Khan was also released on a RM30,000 bail with two local sureties.
