Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali says the agreement to postpone the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) project was made mutually between the two countries.
He said it was not done unilaterally and a series of discussions took place between the two governments before both agreed to postpone it until May 2020.
