The leaked letter sent to the United States' Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director is genuine, said the lawyer acting for former Malaysian External Intelligence Organisation (MEIO) chief Datuk Hasanah Abdul Hamid at a press conference on Tuesday. According to Datuk Shaharudin Ali, the letter falls under the Official Secrets Act (OSA) and a police report has been lodged on the matter.
