A video depicting Foreign Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein vaping during parliamentary proceedings on Monday is making its rounds on social media.
Hishammuddin, however, apologised on Twitter and promised not to vape in the compounds of the Parliament building again.
