- Making chicken masala for Biryani : Cooking oil - 3 Tbp Cinnamon - 2 sticks Black cardamom - 3/4 Bay leaves - 3/4 Lemon juice - 2/3 Tbp Now add marinated chicken
- For Making rice : Basmati rice - 1 Kg Salt to taste Green cardamom - 8/9 Black cardamom - 5/6 Cinnamon - 2 sticks Bay leaves - 5/6 Cloves - 8/9 Black pepper - 10/12
- For layering the Biryani.. Boil rice Chicken masala Fried onion - 3 ( deep fry onion sliced till golden brown ) Mint leaves - handful Lemon juice - 2 Tbp Ghee - 4 Tbp Milk - 1 bowl + food colour ( yellow)
