Ingredients
For boiling mutton: Mutton - 500g Bay leaves - 2 Black cardamon - 1 Green Cardamon - 2 Cinnamon - 1 Cloves - 5 Black.peppercone - 8 Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Turmeric - 1/4 ts Onion - 1 sliced Salt - 1 tsp Water - 1 cup
For boiling Dal: Chana dal - 200g Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Salt - as per taste Green chillies - 2 Water - 1.5 cup
For Mutton Gravy: Oil - 1/4 cup Bay leaves - 3 Black cardamon - 1 Green Cardamon - 2 Star anise - 1 Cinnamon - 1 Clove - 6 Black peppercone - 10 Black cumin - 1 tsp Onion - 2 sliced Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp Green masala - 1/2 cup (1/4 cup coriander+1/4 cup mint leaves+10 green chillies) Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Meat masala - 1 tbsp Tomato - 3 Salt - as per taste Bottle gourd or lauki - 500g Garam masala - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup Mint leaves - 1/4 cup Water - 3 to 4 cups
For Tadka: Oil - 4 tbsp Onion - 1 sliced Red chilli - 3 Cumin - 1 tsp Mint leaves - few Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
