Chit-Chat Session with The Leopard Expert | Jhalana Leopard Wildlife Safari 2020 | Discover Wild Paws
  • 4 years ago
On August 1st, 2020, our team visited Jhalana Leopard Safari Park in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We were extremely grateful to our Safari Guide and Driver for a breathtaking experience in the park. In less than 2 hours, we saw three grown-up leopards and a cub. Later, after the safari, we chatted with our Safari Guide, Mr. Ved Prakash Singh, who shared his thoughts on how to increase sighting chances in the jungle. He also gave us a tour of the Jhalana Campus and the Museum. Listen to him talk about his experiences in the Park. What was most thrilling to hear was his experience when he was in the park with guests and they saw a peacock pair mating. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a leopard pounced and attacked them. Sad for the peacock pair, they were both hunted down. But per him, this is the Law of Jungle, where only the fittest survive.
With more than 35 leopards roaming freely within the area of 17 square km, Jhalana can be the perfect weekend getaway for your family. The booking for Jhalana Leopard Safari can be made through a Single Sign-On Account with the government of Rajasthan.
