For Syrup: In a pan, add sugar, water, lemon juice & cardamom to cook till it boils. For Basbousa cake: Knead butter, semolina, coconut, dry milk, yogurt, baking powder & vanilla powder with eggs for 5 minutes. Put the dough in the baking pan & press it with a spoon & garnish it with almonds as you like. Bake Basbousa in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C(350°F). Pour syrup all over Basbousa and bake for other 10 minutes. Cool down Basbousa and serve as you like. #SemolinaCake,
