In the footage, the speedy piglet is seen as it is chased by cops and soldiers on duty at the Civic Constitution Centre, a public space in the city of Culiacan in the northwestern Mexican state of Sinaloa. The Welfare Secretariat had taken over the sports recreation area to pay out the monthly pensions to the elderly.
