Indian consular officials were allowed to meet Kulbhushan Jadhav but were not granted unimpeded access to the Indian national who is sentenced to death in Pakistan over charges of espionage. This was the second time that access was given, the first was in September 2019 several weeks after the ICJ stayed Jadhav's death sentence and asked Pakistan to provide him consular access.
