Tiggy, the playful puppy, was having fun playing with an empty plastic water bottle by dragging it on the floor. In his excitement, he accidentally rammed into a stepladder leaning against the wall. It fell on top of him, trapping his head in the handle. He ran backwards panicking, but the ladder dragged along, stuck on his head.
