First of all apologies for the bad video quality today. Papaya is widely used in some parts of the world, while others are deprived of the knowledge. We gave it a try and shared our recipe.

Potatoes
Chilli powder- kashmiri - optional
Turmeric Powder
Coriander Powder
Cumin Powder
Salt
Fenugreek Seeds
Oil
