SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Riot House, a nightclub within Old Town Scottsdale's Entertainment District, has been charged for allegedly failing to enforce their own safety policies regarding social distancing, a violation of Gov. Doug Ducey's recent executive order, police said Thursday.
