Watch: Locals rescue kids stuck in river due to sudden rise in water level

Locals from Bhattiyat Sub-Division in Chamba saved lives of four children, who got stuck into a river after a sudden increase in water flow due to rain. The children were going to relatives’ house by crossing the river when the incident happened.
