Girl Stuck in Child's High Chair Has to Rescued by Cops

This girl was fooling around in the baby booster chair and got stuck inside. They had to call the cops and the fire department to get her out of there. She looked embarrassed and apologized for her silly act while others laughed it off and took the chair apart to help her get free.
