Lockdown में शराब की दुकानों को बंद करने से Supreme Court का इंकार, कही ये बात | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The lockdown in the country has continued since March 24 to curb the corona epidemic in the country. Due to which almost all business activities are at a standstill. In the third phase of the lockdown, the government has allowed some shops to open. It also included liquor shops. But there was a huge crowd at the liquor shops. After which a PIL was filed in the Supreme Court. Hearing this petition, the Supreme Court has refused to close liquor shops.

देश में कोरोना महामारी को रोकने के लिए 24 मार्च से देश में लॉकडाउन जारी है। जिसके चलते लगभग सभी व्यवसायिक गतिविधियां ठप हैं। लॉकडाउन के तीसरे चरण में सरकार ने कुछ दुकानों को खोलने की अनुमति दी है। इसमें शराब की दुकानें भी शामिल थीं। लेकिन शराब की दुकानों पर भारी भीड़ को देखने को मिली थी। जिसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका दाखिल की गई थी। इस याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शराब की दुकानों को बंद कराने से इंकार कर दिया है।
