Flamingos Make Friendships That Last for Years, New Research Shows

Researchers studied flamingos, who have pretty long lives, at the WWT Slimbridge Wetland Center in England over five years and found they form a variety of social bonds, like "married" couples, same-sex friendships, and cliques.
