Man Pruning Tree Slips and Falls From Ladder

This man was on top of a ladder, trying to prune a tree in the yard. He was trimming down the branches and extra growth when his shoe lost grip, causing him to slip. He fell hard to the floor getting a nasty cut on his head and nose.
