My thoughts as to why this is the case, and more. i think it is important to explore (and do some research on) various facets of this situation, and not discount anything (if it's not based in fear, of course).
(Note: i learned from a comrade in Guinea-Bissau (after uploading this one), that there are now TWO confirmed cases there, as well as in Libya and Mali. This is how pervasive this pandemic is.)
