Automatic Filling Capping Labeling Machine for Liquid Soap, Detergent

Introduction:
The filling line composed of filling, capping, mould leaving,labelling function.
The filling machine driven by SERVO motor, the programs could be recalled for different bottles and filling volumes.
The online cleaning function of filling machine is available.
Capping machine adopt grabing capping type by SERVO motor, the torque of capper could be adjustable.

Feature:
Adopt diving filling nozzle for foamy products to prevent foam when filling.
Special material are optional for corrosive products. Such as SUS316L, Teflon coating, ceramic, plastic etc.
Adopt neck block technology for small diameter bottle neck to assure filling nozzles aim exactly to the bottle neck to prevent spilling outside.
Adopt positioning mold for irregular bottle shape so that they are running smoothly during production.
