This man showed his strength by exercising with equipment made from iron and wood outdoors. He did presses with a 90-year-old iron dumbbell, ran with a 200-pound rock, and lifted a heavy wooden dumbbell for reps. He also threw a 30-pound wood chunk across the yard while training.
