High pressure leaves us clear and calm this morning which is allowing dense fog to form on the west side of the valley. We'll then have increasing clouds this afternoon but no rain as we get to a high of 64 in Bakersfield, 63 in Lake Isabella, 55 in Frazier Park and 54 in Tehachapi.
