Low clouds have become trapped in the valley, leading to foggy conditions across Bakersfield with drizzle! We’ll be slow to clear out these low clouds this morning and then scattered showers linger across Kern Co. today. We’re then clearing overnight before another storm arrives Saturday afternoon!
