10 p.m. KQ-2 News at Ten for St. Joseph, Missouri, 11/17/2019, LOL. omg, I love it when news anchors mess up on live TV. This was awkward and painful to watch for the extremely short few seconds it occurred. It was also effing HILARIOUS!!!! News anchors Brooke Anderson & Ron Johnson open with some major sound issues through the TV, followed by a scrambled jump from the opening music & intro to a frozen screen while their audio can be heard, then finally an abrupt cut to the news desk and apparently, some issues also with reading the news off the teleprompter. Ron Johnson is having trouble flubbing his dialogue, and then... an extremely awkward and very ill-timed SWALLOW, LOL. Or... Ron Johnson is feeling nauseated and trying not to vomit...? Or maybe he was trying to stifle a burp...? At any rate, it was a hilariously uncomfortable start to the late evening televised broadcast during the first half minute of the local news.
