Satra Mukti Sangram Samiti (SMSS) formed Human Chain near Deputy Commissioner of Jorhat to protest against Citizenship Amendment Bill. Similarly, in Lakhimpur, SMSS staged massive protest against the BJP-led Government. Protesters also raised slogans condemning the government near Deputy Commissioner’s office in Lakhimpur District.
