On the occasion of Kati Bihu or Kongali Bihu, Kampur Anchalik Yuva Samaj organized a socio-cultural program for the Differently abled” or “specially abled persons in the society. The organization also felicitated them with ‘Asomiya Gamusa’ and also offered food and beverages.
