Schiff: Sondland Blocked Testimony Will Be Considered 'Additional Strong Evidence Of Obstruction'

House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff spoke about the impeachment inquiry of President Trump and the decision not to let E.U. Ambassador Gordon Sondland testify: "The failure to produce this witness, the failure to produce these documents, we consider yet additional strong evidence of obstruction of the constitutional functions of Congress."
