Risk of Marijuana Addiction According to the U.S. Surgeon
General, no amount of the drug
is safe for pregnant women,

has been legalized for either
recreational or medical use in more
than 30 states and the District of Columbia. But the Surgeon General says there's
been a three-fold increase in the concentration
