Audio released of DPS interviews with suspect accused of texting when he hit and killed Clayton Townsend

Jerry Sanstead hit and killed Salt River officer Clayton Townsend on the Loop 101 in January. The incident was one which spurred the legislature to pass a cell phone ban while driving law.
