Palace embroidery, an ancient Chinese traditional embroidery process, is a general term for various embroidery products centered in Beijing. It began to flourish since Ming and Qing Dynasties, and it was mainly used for the court decoration and clothing. It is also famous for its being fastidious about materials, its superb craftsmanship, and the elegant style. Folk high-end palace embroidery and the palace were inextricably linked to each other, and it perfectly reflects the ancient Han people's wisdom and artistic creativity.
