Nickelodeon Shares 'Rocko's Modern Life' Movie Teaser Nickelodeon and Netflix shared the teaser for 'Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling' on Tuesday. In the teaser, Rocko is asked how he will save O-Town, to which he replies that he just wanted his show back. In a teaser released back in 2017, Rocko, Heffer, Filburt and Spunky can be seen navigating "modern life" outside of their '90s bubble.
