Just Say No: The Odds Of Surviving Are Very Much Against Stowaways

The Federal Aviation Administration says that since 1947, 126 people have tried to hitch rides on planes.
But CNN reports over 77% of stowaways die on the flight.
After sneaking into the wheel well of a plane, stowaways can be crushed when the landing gear starts going in.
Or, stowaways can die from lack of oxygen or hypothermia from freezing temperatures during the flight.
The country with the most reports of stowaways is Cuba, followed by the Dominican Republic and China.
