कांग्रेस इस वक्त अपने सबसे बुरे दौरे से गुजर रही है। लोकसभा चुनाव में मिली हार के बाद से पार्टी में मची उथलपुथल थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही। कर्नाटक के संकट से पार्टी अभी उबर भी नहीं पाई थी कि अब नई मुसीबत गोवा से सामने आ गई।
