[INGREDIENTS]
For Green Chutney:
- 15-16 Peanuts - 1 Inch ginger - 1 Tsp jeera (cumin) - 7-8 Green chillies - 2 Small medium sized lemon - 1/2 Cup pudina leaves (mint) - 1 Cup coriander (dhaniya) - Salt to taste - 1/2 Cup curd
For Marination:
- 2 Tbsp besan (gram flour) - 1/2 Cup curd - 2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste - 2 Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 Tsp roasted jeera powder (cumin) - 1 & 1/2 Tsp garam masala - 1 Tsp crushed black pepper - 1 & 1/2 Tsp mustard oil - Juice from 2 small lemons - 1 -2 Tsp homemade food color - Some salt to taste - Little bit of nutmeg - 300 gm Paneer - 2 Medium sized capsicum and 2 medium sized Onion - 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder - Cooking oil
