Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has defended the inclusion of Datuk Mokhtar Mohd Noor in a task force probing the disappearances of pastor Raymond Koh and Perlis activist Amri Che Mat.
He said this after attending a programme organised by the Registrar of Societies on Saturday.
