PAS Ulama chief says Islamic law can end sex video scandals

The controversial sex video scandal currently implicating politicians will not drag on if Islamic law is enforced in Malaysia, according to PAS Dewan Ulama chief Nik Zawawi Salleh.

Under the current system, Nik Zawawi claimed that the affected parties are at a loss when faced with such a situation.

At the same time, he also claimed that the present system had failed to crack down on the distribution of such sex videos despite past experiences in dealing with similar scandals involving high-ranking politicians.
