00:00I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:12Ladies and gentlemen, peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
00:17Once again we are here with the program of Shariah and jurisprudence related issues.
00:23I had asked a few questions. I heard on the journey of Ascension that when the Prophet
00:30came to the heavens of the world, he noticed Adam on the first heaven.
00:37There were some people on one side and some on the other side.
00:41They would look at one side and smile, and on the other side they would be overjoyed.
00:45When asked the reason, it was said that these are your followers and these are the people of Paradise.
00:50They are happy to see the people of Paradise and sad to see the people of Hell.
00:54He said, I am afraid that I may be one of them.
00:59And I am afraid that I may not be able to utter a word of disbelief and die in the same state.
01:04If this is my fear, then what will be the judgment?
01:07The fear of the hereafter, the anger of Allah, the torment of Allah, bad death, the torment of the grave,
01:15it is a very good thing that this fear saves a person from sins, keeps him on the right path,
01:20and makes him steadfast in worship.
01:23Those who get rid of this fear, this worry, they usually become victims of heedlessness.
01:31So fear is not a bad thing.
01:33But when it overpowers you so much that you become depressed,
01:37i.e. you are under constant mental pressure, and because of that you become restless,
01:41and then the negative effects of that are the deterioration of your health,
01:45getting upset with everyone, such signs are not appropriate.
01:49For this, it is better that you get the correct teaching of Sharia,
01:53which is a constant teaching, and it will tell you to do this work and then you should not worry.
01:58If you do this work, then you should be worried.
02:01In short, if you are fulfilling the obligatory Sunnah,
02:05there are things in almost everything,
02:08it can be seen, heard, touched, spoken, earned money, spent, in worship,
02:14to fulfill the obligatory Sunnah,
02:18and just opposite to this, to leave the Haram, Makruh-e-Tahrimi, and Isa'at, i.e. leaving the Sunnah,
02:26if you do these six things,
02:283. Irtikaab, 3. Ishtinaab,
02:30understand that Inshallah, your Akhirah is safe.
02:33Then just a little bit, that there is no mistake,
02:35God forbid, if there is a mistake, immediately come to repentance.
02:39If you get this correct teaching, Inshallah, you will be at peace.
02:43We have heard things, but we have not learned the details.
02:47Then these posts, and the cut-paste of big statements of one hour,
02:53very briefly, taking out the material from it,
02:56whose complete details are not in front of us,
02:58they are in the statement, but they are not here, they are in front of us.
03:01After listening to these clips of a minute or a few seconds,
03:04then there is confusion in our hearts, because the details are not there.
03:07That is why my request is that you take our book, Qurb-e-Ilahi.
03:11It is the best book, Inshallah.
03:13You will read it, you will pray for the upbringing of your children,
03:16for the upbringing of your inner self,
03:18to create a peaceful environment at home,
03:20to learn the Qur'an and the Hadith,
03:22to learn the established Sufism,
03:24this is the best book, take it, Inshallah, it will be very beneficial.
03:28So keep this fear, but do not let it influence you.
03:31Keep this in mind.
03:32A brother asks, can I apply Surma before Ihram?
03:35Yes, you can definitely apply it.
03:37And in the state of Ihram, eating fragrant food, like Biryani, etc.,
03:42you can definitely eat it.
03:44Even if the biryani has cardamom in it,
03:47even if you chew the cardamom and your mouth is filled with its fragrance,
03:50it is not a problem.
03:51These are called pure fragrances.
03:53Pure means that in which you do not mix anything,
03:56but the original fragrances,
03:58like cinnamon, cloves, or cardamom,
04:03if these are cooked, then even if they are giving fragrance,
04:07after being burnt, after being cooked,
04:09assume that their fragrance is gone,
04:11which was a forbidden fragrance.
04:13Now if you eat it, there is no harm in it.
04:16In the state of Ihram, use a sanitizer.
04:18Avoid it.
04:19Because it has fragrance.
04:21Some have a very strong fragrance.
04:23So there is a risk of suffocating in it.
04:25Do not use a sanitizer.
04:26Similarly, avoid using fragrant soap.
04:30You can get soap without fragrance.
04:33Use that.
04:35A brother said, how is it to see a beautiful non-believer girl?
04:40So brother, the issue is that our religion has given the order to protect the eyes.
04:45Although seeing a living woman,
04:48a Muslim woman,
04:50and a non-veiled,
04:52a living Muslim woman,
04:54like the one with the burqa,
04:55putting an eye on her.
04:56Similarly, seeing a non-veiled Muslim woman,
05:00a living woman,
05:02which is called live.
05:03One is to see her in the form of a picture,
05:05in the form of a video.
05:07Then one is to see someone from the Ahl-e-Kitab.
05:10One is to see a non-believer,
05:12a complete polytheist, like a Hindu.
05:14There is a slight difference in the rules.
05:17But the result is the same.
05:20The Shariah has given the order to protect the eyes because
05:23when a person puts his eye,
05:25he wants to move ahead of it.
05:27And the devil puts it.
05:28And then these thoughts come continuously.
05:30And when a person gets a chance,
05:32then he is unable to escape from adultery or other sins.
05:36That is why there is an order to protect the eyes.
05:38So this result, if we see a non-believer woman,
05:41she is a beautiful woman, she is a non-believer,
05:43although there will be some difference in the rules of the eyes.
05:46But the common youth today,
05:48you know,
05:50after seeing a woman wearing a burqa,
05:53after seeing her eyes,
05:54they give their hearts.
05:55They say, I have given my heart,
05:56after seeing her eyes,
05:57my eyes have turned red.
05:59When there are such delicate Muslims,
06:03then they should be allowed,
06:05and after seeing them,
06:06they should be prepared for the destruction of their hereafter.
06:08This is certainly inappropriate.
06:10So it is necessary to keep your eyes safe.
06:13And only pure things should be seen.
06:16It is said that if someone has a residence,
06:18he still takes a loan and buys plots in the name of his children,
06:22then what is the order about it?
06:24Look, if you say that it is permissible or not,
06:27it is permissible,
06:28but the Shariah has strictly prohibited
06:30that without any need,
06:31it is forbidden to raise a question.
06:34And in some cases,
06:35like there is a warning,
06:36so if it is considered a sin,
06:39then there can be an excuse.
06:42Like the Prophet said,
06:44whoever raises a question without any need,
06:48he will come to the Day of Judgment
06:50in such a state that there will be no meat on his face.
06:53And when the companions asked the extent of the need,
06:55that when is it permissible to ask this question,
06:57he said, when there is no food for the next time.
06:59Then you can go and ask someone,
07:01or ask for a loan,
07:02or accept charity.
07:04This is a loan,
07:05he is not asking,
07:06he is not begging.
07:07This is the reason for the severe anger of the government.
07:10You used to be angry that
07:11without any need,
07:12a loan should be taken.
07:13If you die in this state,
07:14then there will be a loss.
07:15Therefore,
07:16in this way,
07:17a loan should not be taken.
07:18Be careful in this.
07:19And whoever knows,
07:20should not give a loan to such a person.
07:21We have a caller with us.
07:22Assalamu Alaikum.
07:23Assalamu Alaikum,
07:24I have two questions.
07:25Yes,
07:26please speak a little louder.
07:27One is that
07:28Alham Sharif is a verse of the Qur'an.
07:29If you read three verses,
07:30and then stop,
07:31then it is not permissible.
07:32One is that
07:33Alham Sharif is a verse of the Qur'an.
07:34If you read three verses,
07:35and then stop,
07:36then it is not permissible.
07:37If you read Alham Sharif,
07:38and then stop,
07:39then it is not permissible.
07:40If you repeat it twice,
07:41then it is not permissible.
07:42If you repeat it twice,
07:43then it is not permissible.
07:44If you repeat it twice,
07:45then it is not permissible.
07:46The second question is that
07:47if someone does not read Taraweeh in Ramadan,
07:48and if he is older than 2-4 days,
07:49then is it permissible to do this?
07:50and if someone is older than 2-4 days,
07:51then is it permissible to do this?
07:52and if someone is older than 2-4 days,
07:53then is it permissible to do this?
07:54And,
07:55I say,
07:57Assalam-o-Alaikum.
07:58Assalam-o-Alaikum.
07:59Wa-alaikum-salaam.
08:00Wa-alaikum-salaam.
08:01I have three questions for you.
08:02Yes, go ahead.
08:03The first question is that
08:04if someone dies,
08:05is it permissible to offer
08:06a sacrifice in their name?
08:07And?
08:08And the second question is that
08:09when Maghrib is being called,
08:10is it permissible to sweep the house?
08:11And?
08:12And the third question is that
08:13is it permissible to clean the house
08:14at night?
08:15People say that
08:16it reduces the risk.
08:17That's it.
08:18I have three questions.
08:19Thank you very much.
08:20I say,
08:21Inshallah,
08:22I will tell you.
08:23The first question is that
08:24it is said that
08:25if we read three verses,
08:26then it becomes Namaz.
08:27So,
08:28if we read the whole of
08:29Al-Hamd Sharif
08:30and do Ruku,
08:31or if we read it twice,
08:32then what will be the
08:33judgment?
08:34Look,
08:35Allah Almighty said,
08:36So read what is
08:37easy for you
08:38from the Qur'an.
08:39Read whatever
08:40you find
08:41easy from the Qur'an.
08:42The scholars have said
08:43that it is about Namaz.
08:44And,
08:45read what is
08:46easy for you
08:47from the Qur'an.
08:48So,

12:07easy for you
12:08from the Qur'an.
12:09And,
12:10read what is
12:11easy for you
12:12from the Qur'an.
12:13And,
12:14read what is
12:15easy for you
12:16from the Qur'an.
12:46In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful.
12:48A question was asked that
12:49if someone doesn't read Tarawih in Ramadan,
12:51but instead of it,
12:52performs Qaza Namaz of his previous life,
12:54what will be the judgment?
12:56See, it is good.
12:57Qaza Namaz should be performed.
12:59But,
13:00obligations,
13:01obligations,
13:02and Sunan-e-Muqada will not be left.
13:04The jurists have forbidden this.
13:06Sunan-e-Ghair-e-Muqada or Nawafil,
13:08you can leave them.
13:10If you want to perform Ibadah in big nights,
13:12then instead of Nawafil,
13:14perform Qaza Namaz.
13:15It is best.
13:16Similarly,
13:17four Sunan-e-Ghair-e-Muqada before Asr,
13:19four Sunan-e-Ghair-e-Muqada before Isha,
13:21you can perform Qaza Namaz instead of them.
13:23After Isha,
13:24there are four Nawafil.
13:25After Zuhr,
13:26there are two.
13:27After Maghrib,
13:28there are two.
13:29Instead of Nawafil,
13:30perform Qaza Namaz.
13:33But,
13:34don't leave Tarawih.
13:35It has been declared as Sunan-e-Muqada.
13:38One person says that,
13:39can the deceased be sacrificed?
13:42Yes, absolutely.
13:43Hazrat Ali, may Allah bless him and grant him peace,
13:46used to make a sacrifice every year
13:48on behalf of the Holy Prophet.
13:50And,
13:51it is necessary that,
13:52if someone had made a will,
13:54before his death,
13:55that he should make a sacrifice for me,
13:57because she used to live with me,
13:58suppose,
13:59or she had made a Wajib-e-Mannat,
14:01so, she asked for a sacrifice.
14:02So,
14:03you cannot eat from it.
14:04You have to give full charity.
14:06And,
14:07if you didn't make a will,
14:08you want to make a sacrifice for someone,
14:09for the sake of charity,
14:10then,
14:11it is a matter of flesh and blood.
14:13You can give full charity,
14:14or,
14:15you can make three parts of it.
14:17Another person says that,
14:18during Adhan,
14:20can we do other works?
14:23Maybe,
14:24he asked about cleaning.
14:27One person said that,
14:28after Maghrib,
14:29we can clean,
14:30instead of sweeping.
14:31See,
14:32during Adhan,
14:33try to leave some things.
14:34And,
14:35especially,
14:36if your sisters are at home,
14:37and,
14:38sometimes,
14:39they are not busy,
14:40then,
14:41listen to Adhan carefully,
14:42and answer it.
14:43At least,
14:44the first Adhan,
14:45which is given,
14:46with correct pronunciation,
14:47with correct Tajweed,
14:48with respect to the rules of Tajweed,
14:49you should answer it.
14:50During other Adhans,
14:51you can do other works.
14:52There is no problem with that.
14:55And,
14:56this matter of Taghdasti,
14:57I have already talked about it.
14:58I will talk about it again.
14:59There is one more person with me.
15:00As-Salaam-Alaikum.
15:01As-Salaam-Alaikum.
15:02As-Salaam-Alaikum.
15:03Wa-Alaikum-Salaam.
15:04Wa-Alaikum-Salaam.
15:05Wa-Alaikum-Salaam.
15:06Wa-Alaikum-Salaam.
15:08Wa-Alaikum-Salaam.
15:34There is one more caller.
15:35As-Salaam-Alaikum.
15:36Wa-Alaikum-Salaam.
15:37Yes.
15:38My question is that,
15:39the people who,
15:40before going to Europe,
15:41make a bank,
15:42a state bank,
15:43Yes.
15:45If they take money from someone else
15:47and make a state bank,
15:48and say,
15:49we will give you this much money,
15:53we will give you money
15:54to keep in our account,
15:56is it permissible to take that money?
15:58Okay, and?
16:00That's it.
16:01I will answer it,
16:02InshAllah.
16:03One person said that,
16:05after Maghrib prayer,
16:06it has been heard that,
16:07one should not sweep the floor,
16:08as it causes dirtiness.
16:10Look,
16:11we say no to it,
16:12there is no problem with it.
16:13In all the countries outside,
16:15there is cleanliness only at night.
16:16I have been to Dubai and other places,
16:18Dubai and Sharjah,
16:19there is cleanliness only at night.
16:20And the city is completely clean.
16:22And there,
16:23the blessings and blessings of Allah,
16:24in physical terms,
16:25which you interpret as the blessings and blessings of Allah,
16:28is very visible.
16:30So,
16:31this has nothing to do with dirtiness.
16:32Actually,
16:33it has to do with the distribution of Allah.
16:35I wish we had paid attention to the destiny of Allah.
16:38The mercy of the two worlds,
16:39the Holy Prophet,
16:40said that,
16:41Allah had written the destinies of creation,
16:4350,000 years before their birth.
16:47That is,
16:48Allah has not even created the creation yet.
16:50Who will get how much sustenance?
16:52How much will not be given?
16:53Where will it be born?
16:54Who will marry?
16:55How many children?
16:56All of it is written in the book of Allah.
16:59The mercy of the two worlds,
17:00the Holy Prophet,
17:01said that,
17:02nature has become dry after writing the sustenance of people.
17:05Now,
17:06the mercy of a person cannot increase it.
17:09And no one's evil can reduce it.
17:12There is a narration of Bukhari.
17:13The Holy Prophet,
17:14said that,
17:15when a child is four months old in the mother's womb,
17:18then an angel comes and writes four things about him by the command of Allah.
17:22One,
17:23he writes his sustenance,
17:24how much he will eat,
17:25how much he will not eat.
17:26So,
17:27this means that,
17:28whether you give or not,
17:29the sustenance that Allah has written for you,
17:31cannot be finished at all.
17:33So,
17:34by paying attention to such things,
17:36that the broom becomes the real file.
17:38This becomes the real instrument.
17:40Do not pay attention to what Allah has written.
17:42We say,
17:43do not give the broom,
17:44you will get trouble.
17:45In the Quran and Hadith,
17:46the Shariah does not like this.
17:48The Shariah wants us to be strong in belief,
17:51to have strong trust.
17:53Allah,
17:54the Holy Prophet,
17:55says,
17:57that if you have any doubt about anything,
18:00do that work.
18:01Do not worry.
18:02Do that work.
18:03Something will happen,
18:04which Allah has written in your fate.
18:07So,
18:08in short,
18:09it is not like,
18:10we are crossing the road,
18:13and someone says,
18:14whatever Allah has written in my fate,
18:15I will die,
18:16I will not die,
18:17I will not die,
18:18and I will close my eyes and cross.
18:19This is physically wrong.
18:21Do not involve yourself in destruction.
18:26This is a separate issue.
18:27This is a physical thing,
18:28which every person can feel.
18:30It is a partial thing.
18:31But,
18:32if you give the broom,
18:33you will get trouble.
18:34This has to do with the unseen.
18:35This is not a partial thing.
18:36And this,
18:37Allah and His Messenger,
18:38without telling,
18:39you and I cannot determine.
18:41So,
18:42if anyone wants to act on this,
18:44when I give such answers,
18:45some people think,
18:46maybe I am opposing someone.
18:48Opposing is not our way.
18:50Let me tell you,
18:51I do not read in these circles.
18:53I state the command of Shariah.
18:55But,
18:56if the command of Shariah
18:57is felt by someone against himself,
18:58or he brings evidence from the Quran and Hadith
19:00according to it,
19:01I present the Quran and Hadith,
19:03you say,
19:04no,
19:05our mind says so.
19:06Now,
19:07you decide for yourself.
19:08That is,
19:09the one who says,
19:10should decide for himself,
19:11that in comparison to the Quran and Hadith,
19:12how is it to present something
19:13based on one's own thinking,
19:14or something that has been
19:15transmitted from some elder.
19:16And the second thing is that,
19:17when you listen to us,
19:18you are
19:19strong in belief.
19:20Your belief
19:21will be strong
19:22and your attention
19:23will go to Allah.
19:24But,
19:25when you
19:26stand and
19:27drop the glass like this,
19:28it will be
19:29harmful.
19:30If you move your foot,
19:31it will be harmful.
19:32If after Maghrib,
19:33you sweep the floor,
19:34it will be a nuisance.
19:35When you
19:36focus on these things,
19:37then your attention
19:38will go away from Allah.
19:39You will have a weak belief.
19:40You will start
19:41feeling fear
19:42from these things.
19:43The real fear
19:44of Allah
19:45will leave your heart.
19:46So,
19:47I do not speak
19:48against anyone.
19:49I am stating the Shariah.
19:50If someone is feeling
19:51against you,
19:52then give evidence.
19:53If there is no evidence,
19:54then accept it.
19:55If you do not want to accept it,
19:56then say,
19:57I do not have a fight
19:58with anyone.
19:59We are not here
20:00to have a fight.
20:01We are here to teach
20:02the religion.
20:03And,
20:04MashaAllah,
20:05I have been teaching
20:06for 21 years.
20:07So,
20:08do not be angry.
20:09Act on yourself.
20:10If you say,
20:11we do not believe you,
20:12we do not understand
20:13the Quran and Hadith.
20:14We understand
20:15our own evidence.
20:16Then,
20:17it is necessary
20:18to convey
20:19the message.
20:20Ibrahim said,
20:21there was a plot
20:22of a mosque.
20:23It was a place
20:24dedicated to the mosque.
20:25Then,
20:26someone gave
20:27a place
20:28for a madrasa.
20:29Now,
20:30a madrasa
20:31has been built.
20:32The mosque
20:33is in a small place.
20:34The madrasa
20:35is big.
20:36There are many
20:37prayers in it.
20:38Before
20:39I cover
20:40the rest,
20:41let me
20:42talk about
20:43this.
20:44Remember,
20:45the thing
20:46which is
20:47dedicated
20:48to the
20:49mosque
20:50is
20:51necessary
20:52to be
20:53preserved.
20:54So,
20:55if someone
20:56says,
20:57this plot
20:58is dedicated
20:59to the
21:00mosque,
21:01it will
21:02become a
21:03mosque.
21:04You
21:05cannot
21:06include
21:07even
21:08an inch
21:09in the
21:10madrasa.
21:11The
21:12madrasa
21:13will
21:14become
21:15a mosque.
21:16The
21:17madrasa
21:18will
21:19become
21:20a mosque.
21:21The
21:22madrasa
21:23will
21:24become
21:25a mosque.
21:26The
21:27madrasa
21:28will
21:29become
21:30a mosque.
21:31The
21:32madrasa
21:33will
21:34become
21:35a mosque.
21:36The
21:37madrasa
21:38will
21:39become
21:40a mosque.
21:41The
21:42madrasa
21:43will
21:44become
21:45a mosque.
21:46The
21:47madrasa
21:48will
21:49become
21:50a mosque.
21:51The
21:52madrasa
21:53will
21:54become
21:55a mosque.
21:56The
21:57madrasa
21:58will
21:59become
22:00a mosque.
22:01The
22:02madrasa
22:03will
22:04become
22:05a mosque.
22:06The
22:07madrasa
22:08will
22:09become
22:10a mosque.

22:13will
22:14become
22:15a mosque.

22:18will
22:19become

22:24become
22:25a mosque.
22:26The
22:27madrasa
22:28will
22:29become
22:30a mosque.
22:31The
22:32madrasa
22:33will
22:34become
22:35a mosque.
22:36The
22:37madrasa
22:38will
22:39become
22:40a mosque.
22:41The

22:43will
22:44become

23:18will
23:19become
