This summer is predicted to be a hot one in several states. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released its projected forecast for summer 2019, along with a map that shows how each region will be affected. Expect above average temperatures on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest and cooler temperatures in the Midwest and Plains.
