Spotify to Add a 'Mute' Feature In the upper right-hand section of Spotify's main menu users can activate the feature by clicking,
"Don’t play this artist." The selected artist's songs will then vanish from libraries and playlists. Songs that the "muted" musician
is featured on will not disappear. As of now, blocking an artist on Spotify can only
be done on a mobile device.
