Stand Tall and Own it. Did you know that your body language can change your mind. I know I talk a lot about how what you think, you become (thanks Gandhi). As a leader, standing tall and owning it, can also change your brain (thanks Amy Cuddy). I do the Power Pose all the time - and it works. As Amy once said don't just fake it till you make it, fake it till you become it.
