GTA V ELS Siren Bug

While playing around with ELS (Emergency Lighting System) cars in GTA V, I stumbled upon an interesting bug/glitch. It appears that changing siren tones in an ELS car temporarily renders certain AI drivers (those you're pursuing or attempting to stop) unable to steer, sending them careening into whatever is straight ahead of them.
UPDATE: After a bit of research, the fix is to go into the INI file and change the value of "ElsTrafCtrlOn" from "true" to "false."
